Yves Salomon offers a complimentary return service within 14 days of delivery, provided that items are returned in their original condition with all security tags and packaging intact. We ensure a seamless process to maintain the luxury standards of our craftsmanship and your shopping experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring all original tags are attached and the pre-printed return label is securely fixed to the outside.

• 3.
  Schedule a Collection

  Contact our designated courier service to arrange a complimentary pick-up at your convenience, or drop off your parcel at an authorized service point.

• 4.
  Quality Control & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
